Yes it’s a truism, but life’s richer when you notice what’s around you.
I know I’ve talked about fungi before on this site so I won’t repeat myself. However, not far from me, in Caversham, a cluster of fungi appeared recently, growing in the grass near the base of a tree. I’ve never seen anything quite like it, and I’ve tried to capture something of its admirable oddity with the photo, below, and the accompanying small gallery, Enjoyable Oddity, on this site’s RG4 sister.
